Whether you need a quick caffeine ‘fix’, a taste of home made goodness, somewhere to chat, meet friends or while away a bit of time – you’re always welcome at Expresso.

Our passion for good food means that our menu is a bit of a moveable feast – alongside the firm favourites you can expect to find tempting daily specials and tasty new combinations – incorporating the very best of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Bright and early....

Freshly baked croissants, pastries, filled breakfast muffins – and of course plenty of coffee and tea!

Later....

Filled wraps, bagels, baguettes - and our trademark man-sized grilled ciabattas.  Current top five favourites sandwich fillings are:

1. Sweet chilli chicken with mixed pickles
2. Mozzarella, oven-baked tomatoes & pesto
3. Roast Norfolk ham, emmental and tomato
4. Expresso Reuben sandwich (pastrami, sauerkraut, gerkins & cheese)
5. Hummous, Mediterranean roasted vegetables & goats' cheese

Something different every day – including classic comfort food favourites, salads and pasta dishes.

Soup

Freshly made by our very own soup dragons, guaranteed to warm up the dreariest of days.  Served with freshly baked bread, it’s a lunchtime favourite. Current favourites include:

• Callaloo (coconut milk, chicken, prawns & butternut squash)
• Black Bean (with a tomato & corriander salsa, bacon & parmesan)
• Split Pea & Lentil

Cakes

Baked by our very own kitchen goddess, Expresso cakes are scrumptious – just like (you wish) granny used to make!  Whole cakes are also available to order (to pass off as your own!)

No two days are the same, but particular favourites to look out for include:

White Chocolate, Pear & Raspberry Sponge
Gluten-free Passion Cake 

..not forgetting our home-made choc-chip cookies, flapjack, biscotti, whoopie cakes and muesli bars!

Coffee

The very finest, freshly ground, Italian blend coffee – it’s a great flavour however you like your coffee.   If you fancy something different, try an iced coffee or even a flump!

Other liquid refreshment

In case you were wondering, we also serve teas, herbal infusions, hot chocolate, soft drinks and milk shakes – along with a range of bottled beers, cider and wine.
